सनातन सत्य है की डॉक्टरों या समाज के उच्च बौद्धिक कार्य करने वालों से जान सामान्य के रिश्ते हमेशा मधुर नहीं रहे हैं. बल्कि कहें की कभी भी मधुर नहीं रहे हैं . . .  हनुमान जी ने सुखेन वैद्द्य का लंका के राजकीय प्रासाद से अपहरण किया गदे की धमकी दी - नहीं, भगवान राम ने ज्ञान की बात भी की, जिसके बाद सुखेन वैद्य सुधर गए, लेकिन उसके पहले हनुमान जी अपना काम गदा की धमकी से कर चुके थे . . . वहां पर समुद्र से किये गए अनुनय विनय का समय नहीं था - इमरजेंसी जो था . . .

इस सबसे के बीच डॉक्टटोरन के आपसी मतभेद भी कम नहीं हैं - मनुस्मृति हजारों सालों पहले लिखा है की विद्वानों का आपसी मतभेद हीं जान सामान्य के जीवन को सरल बनाता है . . .

गले के स्पाइन की हड्डी (सर्वाइकल स्पाइन cervical spine) खासकर उसके निचले हिस्से की हड्डियों और सीने के स्पाइन की हड्डियों (dorsal डोर्सल या थोरैसिक thoracic स्पाइन) की सर्जरी

 वैसे तो कोई भी सर्जरी आसान नहीं होती है, खासकर स्पाइन की कोई भी सर्जरी आसान नहीं होती है पर शरीर के कुछ स्थान पर सर्जरी करना बहुत हीं मुश्किल काम होता है.

गले के स्पाइन की हड्डी (सर्वाइकल स्पाइन cervical spine) खासकर उसके निचले हिस्से की हड्डियों और सीने के स्पाइन की हड्डियों (dorsal डोर्सल या थोरैसिक thoracic स्पाइन) की सर्जरी करना सबसे कठिन स्पाइन सर्जरी में से माना जाता है.

दिल्ली के महाराजा अग्रसेन अस्पताल के डॉक्टरों के टीम (डॉ मनीष कुमार न्यूरोसर्जन, डॉ सुशिल भसीन न्यूरोसर्जन, डॉ एस के जैन कार्डिओ थोरैसिक सर्जन) ने ऐसी हीं एक सर्जरी किया जिसमें गले के स्पाइन की आखिरी हड्डी (C 7) और सीने के स्पाइन की सबसे पहली हड्डी (डोर्सल या थोरैसिक स्पाइन - D1 या T 1) बीमारी के कारण सड़ कर खराब हो चुकी थी और पस के कारण स्पाइनल कॉर्ड (spinal cord ब्रेन से

पाँव तक को कण्ट्रोल के लिये जाने वाला नसों का गुच्छा) दब रहा था जिसके कारण रोगी के हाथ पाँव में कमजोरी हो रही थी और सांस में भी दिक्कत होती जा रही थी. सर्जरी द्वारा C 6 से D 2 तक की सर्जरी करनी थी और 32 वर्षीया रोगी का गला काफी छोटा था जिसके कारण गले की नीचे तक सर्जरी की जरुरत थी.

सड़न आगे की हड्डियों के भाग वर्टेब्रा (vertebra) में था जिसके कारण पीछे से सर्जरी द्वारा इसका इलाज करना मुश्किल कार्य था. सर्जरी आगे से हीं करना था और गले और सीने के ऊपरी भाग को खोल कर करना था. रोगी को सबंधित खतरों की जानकारी के बाद न्यूरोसर्जन और कार्डिओ थोरैसिक सर्जन की टीम ने सर्जरी द्वारा इलाज किया।

गले के निचले हिस्से के साथ सीने के ऊपरी भाग में सर्जरी की गयी. ऑपरेशन द्वारा सीने की हड्डी को दायीं ओर से काट कर हार्ट और उसके बड़े खून की नलियों समेत, ट्रेकिआ (सांस की नली) और इसोफैगस (खाने की नली) को खिसकाया गया और सीधा वर्टेब्रा गले के स्पाइन की आखिरी हड्डी (C 7) और सीने के स्पाइन की सबसे पहली हड्डी (डोर्सल या थोरैसिक स्पाइन - D1 या T 1) पर काम किया गया. सड़ी हुई हड्डियों और पस को हटाया गया. फिर ऊपर और नीचे की हड्डी - C 6 से नीचे की हादी D 2 को साफ़ कर तैयार कर स्क्रू और रोड से जोड़ा गया.

सर्जरी के बाद रोगी तुरंत होश में आ गयी और खुद से अच्छा से सांस लेने लगी. अगले कुछ हीं दिनों में हाथ पांव् में अच्छा सुधार हुआ और वह खुद से चलने फिरने लगी और अपना काम करने लगी.

टी बी की दवाएं लगातार दी गयी वह इसलिए और जरूरी था क्यूंकी उसे दस सालों पहले टी बी हुयी थी.

अब वह पूरी तरह से नार्मल है. टी बी की दवा बंद कर दी गयी है.

सीने के स्पाइन की सबसे पहली हड्डी (डोर्सल या थोरैसिक स्पाइन - D1 या T 1) और उसके नीचे की हड्डियों का ऑपरेशन इस तरह आगे से किया जा सकता है. यह टेक्निकली कठिन लेकिन वैज्ञानिक रूप से सही सरजरी है और अच्छे नतीजे देती है. जरुरत होने पर इस विधि को जरूर अपनाया जाना चाहिए. खासकर कम उम्र के रोगियों में इस विधि को अपनाने से परहेज नहीं करना चाहिए।

 उसे भी देख, जो भीतर भरा अंगार है साथी।

भा ज पा या वर्त्तमान मेन स्ट्रीम मीडिया मनीष कश्यप को भाव नहीं दे रही है क्यूंकी मनीष कश्यप भाजपा का नहीं है पर कड़वी सच्चाई यह है की वर्त्तमान के भाजपा के किसी नेता में यह दम नहीं है की वे लालू कुनबे या नितीश के आँख में आँख डालकर बात कर सके - या वे समझते होंगे की मंदिर और हिन्दू मुस्लिम का टेंशन उनकी जीत के लिए काफी होगा

बिहार में वैसे तो पिछले पचास - पचपन सालों से आर्थिक - औद्योगिक ह्रास हीं हुआ है, लेकिन 1990 के बाद देश और दुनिया के सबसे निचले स्तर पर रहा है. वैसे तो अशोक मौर्या के बाद बिहार के भू- भाग से उस स्तर का कोइ भी प्रभावी नेतृत्व नहीं रहा, पर 1960 - 70 के दशक में जब स्वतन्त्रता सेनानियों वाला जेनेरेशन एक के बाद एक यह संसार छोड़ कर जाने लगा, बिहार का नेतृत्व बहुत हीं निचले स्तर का हो गया. इसमें बहुत बड़ा रोल केंद्र सरकार की फ़्राईट एक्वालाईजेशन नीति और खासकर इंदिरा गांधी की कांग्रेस में किसी भी सच्चे जनाधार वाले को न पनपने देने की नीति का था तो अलोक मेहता जैसे पत्रकारों का रोल भी कम नहीं था.

खैर 1961 से 1990 तक कमो - बेस कांग्रेस पार्टी का शासन हीं रहा लेकिन बिहार का औद्योगिक या आर्थिक विकास मुद्दा नहीं रहा - कुर्सी बचाना मुद्दा रहा क्यूंकी योग्य और कुशल व्यक्तिगत नेतृत्व का अभाव था और कांग्रेस पार्टी का अजेंडा बिहार का विकास नहीं था. बिहार के बाहर के लोगों के नियंत्रण की मीडिया सिर्फ गलत राह दिखलाती रही.

1990 से बिहार को एक मजबूत नेतृत्व हासिल है - लालू जी और उनके कुनबे के रूप में. लालू जी का मकसद स्पष्ट था - आते हीं उन्होंने "भूराबाल" साफ़ कर दिया और उसमें भी भूमिहारों को पूरे समाज का दुश्मन ब्रांड कर दिया. यह करना उनके लिए जरूरी था क्यूंकी वे जिस दूर दृष्टी हीनता, स्वार्थ और भरष्ट्राचार की राह प्लान कर रहे थे उसमें यही भूराबाल हीं राह का रोड़ा हो सकता था उसमें भी वाचाल - विद्रोही - अविश्वसनीय - कांग्रेस - भाजपा - वामपंथ सबका आधार - भूमिहार . . . खुद उनके साथ भी सबसे आगे वही था और इसी बात से उनको भूमिहार से डर था सो उसको सबसे बड़ा दुश्मन घोषित कर दिया जिसे गैर बिहारी मीडिया - बिहार की भी मीडिया गैर बिहारी हीं है - ने भी खूब सराहा।

समय के साथ उनके और उनके कुनबे के ऊपर भरष्ट्राचार के आरोप लगते रहे पर जिस स्पष्टता और दक्षता के साथ उन्होंने भूराबाल को समाज का दुश्मन करार दिया वह पिछले तीस सालों के बाद भी अपनी जगह कायम है और उसके बदलने के कोइ संकेत नहीं हैं. प्रशांत किशोर की तरह नरेंद्र मोदी का उदाहरण देकर इसे झुठलाने की कोशिश न करें उससे बिहार का दर्द कम नहीं होगा। लेकिन हाँ इसको बदलने के लिए प्रयास भूराबालों से हीं होना है जो पिछले तीस सालों में नहीं हुआ। लोग सुशिल मोदी के सहारे रहे - जिसके रीढ़ की हड्डी और बुद्धि इतनी हीं है की 2019 में पूरी "मोदी" टाइटल को चोर कहने पर राहुल गांधी पर केस गुजरात के सूरत में हुआ - राहुल गांधी को सजा मिली तब जाकर इस मोदी को याद आया की उसका भी टाइटल मोदी है और उसने पटना में केस किया - मरे हुए सांप को डेंगाने के लिए! खैर, शायद भाजपा नेतृत्व को सुशिल मोदी की अक्षमता और उनके सही जगह का अहसास हो गया है पर बिहार के समाज को पिछले तीस सालों में भाजपा ने सिर्फ धोखा दिया।

अच्छा हम जातीय व्याख्या कर रहे हैं - तो भईया अंग्रेजों और उसके चेले कोंग्रेसियों ने समाज को उसी स्तर पर रखा है और भाजपाईयों / आर एस एस वालों को अभी पता नहीं कितने दशक लगने वाले हैं - फिलहाल तो जातीय जनगणना को न्यायलय भी तर्कसंगत हीं मान रही है. खैर, तो नितीश कुमार जी ने भूराबाल और भ्रष्ट्र गैर जिम्मेवार लालू के कुनबे के बीच अपने लिए जगह बनाया और दोनों को एक दूसरे से डरा कर अपना काम चलाया पर अंत में उन्हें लालू कुनबा हीं भाया! क्यों? क्यूंकी उनके साथ जातीय समीकरण सही बैठता है? पता नहीं, पर वहां कोइ नितीश जी के मुद्दों की आलोचना करे - अब - ऐसा किसी में दम नहीं है. नितीश जी का सबसे पहला मुद्दा अपनी कुर्सी कायम रखना है. हर हाल में. नहीं, यदि लालू का कुनबा अकर्मण्य और अयोग्य है तो प्रजातंत्र में कुछ दिनों के लिए उनको राज्य की बागडोर चली भी जाए तो कोइ बात नहीं जनता खुद उन्हें अगले चुनाव में नकार देगी। लेकिन नितीश जी में ऐसा धैर्य या आत्म विश्वास के साथ सबसे बड़ी कमजोड़ी है तो कुर्सी के मोह की.

खैर

तो आप देख रहे हैं - बिहार में कुर्सी का तांडव - जातीय व्याख्या के साथ

बिहार का औद्योगिक और आर्थिक विकास किसी का अजेंडा नहीं है - "बिहारी", गैर बिहारियों के लिए गाली बन चुका है - बिहारियों के लिए बिहार से बाहर काम करना मजबूरी और गाली खाना मार खाना मारा जाना दिन चर्या का हिस्सा. बिहार के नेतृत्व के अंदर भूराबाल - स्वार्थ और भ्रष्ट्राचार - और कुर्सी के लिए तकरार के अलावा कुछ भी नहीं है . . .

कांग्रेस की हीं तरह भाजपा और आर एस एस के लिए भी बिहार का नेतृत्व अजेंडा नहीं है. 40 में से 40 सीटें जीतेगी भाजपा - राष्ट्रीय नेतृत्व में बिहार के लोग कांग्रेस के जमाने में भी योगदान करते थे आज भी कर रहे हैं आगे भी करते रहेंगे. बिहार के लोगों की समस्या, उनका आत्म सम्मान, उनकी सुरक्षा, उनकी बेहतरी के लिए दिल्ली या अमेरिका से लोग नहीं आएंगे, बिहारियों को हीं काम करना होगा और नहीं तो मरते रहना होगा. बिहार के भाजपा और आर एस एस के लोग सुशिल मोदी के मिसगाईडेंस से अभी बाहर नहीं आये हैं. ऐसे में जिसे बेचैनी हो वह अपना घर जलाये, कुर्की जब्ती करवाए अपने को प्रताड़ित करवाए तभी समाज में रौशनी होगी. तभी कुछ रास्ता निकलेगा. इसी क्रम में मनीष कश्यप एक कड़ी है. बिहारियों की समस्याओं पर अपने अंदाज में बोलते हुए वह पाखंडी घमंडी सत्ता के हत्थे चढ़ गया. अपने आजमाए हुए नुख्शे से निकाले एक हीं तीर में - वह भाजपा का आदमी है भूमिहार है - तेजस्वी ने उसका काम तमाम कर दिया. वह भूमिहार है इसीलिए उसको बिहार के बारे में बोलने का कोइ हक़ नहीं है.

अच्छा बिहार और खासकर बोहार से बाहर रहने वाले बिहारियों के साथ एक और बड़ा छल है - बिहार के आई ए एस - आई पी एस - बड़े पत्तरकार - वैगेरह वगैरह . . . ये लोग लालू नितीश से कम भ्रष्ट्र या स्वार्थी लालची नहीं हैं. मौक़ा आने पर सुभाष चंद्र बोस और सावरकर या गणेश शंकर विद्यार्थी जैसे लोग कहीं और पैदा होते थे, बिहार में सभी गांधी और नेहरू के पुतले हैं. बिहारी किसी का अजेंडा नहीं है! मनीष कश्यप भगत सिंह बनने की गलती कर चुका है. तो फिर उसके लिए इतना उछल कूद क्यों? ये उछल कूद भूमिहार जाती की समस्या है. मनीष कश्यप ने जो रास्ता चुना है उसका वही होना है - भगत सिंह - वो भी नहीं - उनका तो नाम भी हो गया - उनके साथ थे बटुकेश्वर दत्त - पटना की हीं गलियों में रहते थे . . . बिना इलाज के . . .

किसी भी समाज का नेतृत्व, व्यक्तिगत छोटे स्वार्थ से ऊपर उठकर हीं संभव है . . . और उसके लिए अपने लालच और अन्य छोटी इक्षाओं की कुर्बानी देनी पड़ती है . . .

भूत - प्रेत, पागलपन, मानसिक रोग, मिर्गी का दौरा, दिमाग की मिलती जुलती बीमारियां हैं. दिमाग के उच्च स्थान पर जहाँ से हमारे सोचने, फैसला लेने, कल्पना करने की क्षमता का नियंत्रण होता है, उस स्थान पर जब गड़बड़ी होती है तो, दिमाग के उस ख़ास स्थान के काम के हिसाब से भूत - प्रेत, पागलपन, मानसिक रोग, मिर्गी का दौरा जैसी बीमारियां होती हैं. 

एक तरफ जहाँ पश्चिमी देशों में इन बीमारियों का आधुनिक वैज्ञानिक समझ विकसित किया गया तो दूसरी ओर हमारे देश में ऐसी बीमारियों को झाड़ फूंक, जादू और तंत्र मन्त्र या झोला छाप के सहारे छोड़ दिया गया. इन बीमारियों को समझने के लिए रोगियों के साथ ज्यादा समय बिताने की जरुरत होती है जो हमारे देश में प्रशिक्षित डॉक्टर की कमी के कारण नहीं हो पाता है और उसका नतीजा होता है की लोग झाड़ फूंक, जादू और तंत्र मन्त्र या झोला छाप के पास जाने के लिए मजबूर हो जाते हैं. इसके कारण एक तरफ बीमार व्यक्ति परेशान  रहते हैं, उनका और उनके रिश्तेदारों का शोषण होता है तो दूसरी ओर झाड़ फूंक, जादू और तंत्र मन्त्र करने वाले व्यक्ति या झोला छाप अपने को भगवान सिद्ध कर देते हैं और कभी कभी समाज में खतरनाक स्थिति पैदा कर देते हैं. 

झाड़ फूंक, जादू और तंत्र मन्त्र करने वाले व्यक्ति या झोला छाप अप्रशिक्षित किन्तु अच्छे मनोवैज्ञानिक होते हैं और उनका क्रिया कलाप अनियंत्रित होता है. वे अपनी सफलता का उपयोग अपनी सामाजिक शक्ति बढ़ाने और लोगों का शोषण करने में लगाते हैं और समाज पर खतरनाक प्रभाव डालते हैं. स्पष्टता और पारदर्शिता के साथ हीं किसी भी प्रकार के रेगुलेशन या सरकारी - सामजिक नियंत्रण के अभाव में ये लोग सुपर पावर हो जाते हैं. एक तरफ झाड़ फूंक, जादू और तंत्र मन्त्र करने वाले व्यक्ति या झोला छाप हमारे देश समाज शासन प्रशासन सरकार में आम जनता के स्वास्थ्य के प्रति उदासीनता के कारण पनपे हैं तो दूसरी ओर  शायद ये सबसे असरदार स्वास्थ्यकर्मी हैं. वर्त्तमान सामाजिक परिस्थितियों  में इनके काम के महत्त्व को नजरअंदाज करने और इनके कार्य और कार्य प्रणाली के कारण समाज में बहुत सारी परेशानियां होती है और कभी कभी खतरनाक अमानवीय स्थिति उत्पन्न हो जाती है.  

समझने की बात यह है की इन बीमारियों को सबसे पहले बीमारी की तरह समझना चाहिए और बीमार व्यक्ति के प्रति दया या घृणा का नहीं बल्कि सहानुभूति का भाव रखना चाहिए और उनका ख़याल रखना चाहिए. ये बेहोशी की हालत में अपना ख़याल नहीं रख सकते हैं और इनके आस पास के लोगों की जिम्मेवारी बढ़ जाती है. होश में रहते हुए भी ये ऐसे विचार रख सकते हैं जो इनके लिए और इनके आस पास के लोगों के लिए खतरनाक स्थिति उत्पन्न कर सकते हैं और खतरा ला सकते हैं. 

स्पष्टता और पारदर्शिता के साथ बीमार व्यक्ति और उनके रिश्तेदारों को बीमारी के बारे में जानकारी देनी चाहिए. उनको परेशान करने या उनका शोषण करने के किसी भी संभावना से उन्हें बचाया जाना चाहिए. दवाओं और शल्य चिकित्सा का यथा संभव अधिक से अधिक उपयोग होना चाहिए जिससे जल्दी और सटीक इलाज़  हो सके और प्रत्यक्ष फ़ायदा हो.

(1) Lockdown - present Lockdown is good . . . timely . . . appropriate . . . Whether it would be extended or not - is 15 days ahead . . . If its extended - whether it would be of the same type - total clamp down or partial relaxation or partial lockdown . . . would all be decided by the government before 14th April . . . I would also update this few days before the end of present lockdown . . .
(2) Change in social behaviour pattern should be permanent and should be from now and today - at least till this Corona fear is over . . .
(a) Must not venture out side home for other than medical purpose or pretty sure about the disease - if you have fever or cough or cold
(b) Dont go out of house and or dont meet people un-necessarily . . .
(c) If you come back home after any outing - meeting - dont meet people at home - or dont meet the next person - until clean yourself properly - Hands alone or take bath as you feel appropriate . . .
(d) Dont hand shake or touch or embrace or kiss others. . . keep a distance of at least one meter . . .
(e) Preferably wear mask if you go out - must if you have cough and cold . . .
(f) preferably wear gloves - will remind you to not to touch face . . .
(g) Wash at least hand every time if you touch unknown things - Take bath as frequently as possible - at least while coming home from out side . . .

Citizenship amendment act 2019 - Only a step backward for future comeback or a moral suicide by BJP?BJP - RSS used to talk about AKHAND BHARAT the great great unified India which included not only present India Pakistan and Bangladesh but also Afghanistan and Myanmar . . .
Through the present citizenship amendment act, it has declared the Muslim s outside present day India as unwanted.
This is not in favor of the spirit of AKHAND BHARAT
Before encouraging any such concept we need to love the people across the border
Through the present amendment BJP has restricted it's own appeal
It has made enemy out of the people across the border which is unwarranted
Anyway we are not chasing anyone out
We are not that bad
Hindus can't be that bad
This amendment has un necessarily given a wrong message about India and Indians to our neighbors and to the world community
Yes NRC is our authority if we could implement it but as I said we can't chase anyone
Population control is our need is our authority
We should bring population control law at the earliest
But this citizenship amendment bill was unmaking of BJP and should be withdrawn as soon as possible
Or BJP should accept that they have agreed to the division of India 

or

It is a step backward to strengthen present India strengthen the position of non Muslims and then get back to the world . . . 

It would be clear only in near future . . . 

Medical services in India: Urgent need

To make maximum and efficient use of the available facilities up to its maximum potential and to prevent avoidable loss of life, exploitation of the people and corruption in the medical services -
(1) All the medical professionals/ facilities - qualified or unqualified/ of whatever standard - must be brought under government's per view - should be registered - with details of their work area - many regions have no access to the qualified skilled people or any prescribed standard - lets bring anyone and everyone who is active in the region in whatever capacity into the mainstream - can be done at the district level . . . It should include (a) medical personals as well as (b) facilities like hospital/ ambulance/ instruments . . .
(2) To make maximum and efficient use of the available facilities up to its maximum potential - (a) everyone should be OFFICIALLY aware about the facilities available around - in the nearest vicinity - should not be left to mouth to ear publicity (b) In need, He/ She should contact / refer to the nearest facility available and not to the random locations of his/ her choice - it will avoid unnecessary transport and loss of life during transport in addition to unnecessary cost - ultimately it will also lead to development of facilities in the nearby locality and reduce unnecessary burden on the institutes like AIIMS (c) In case of cost issues - multiple options should be available in order of distance and cost - transparent information should be available to the people even if its to born by them or by the government or by any other third party

Present day Hindu at Hindu Kush

The area of Hindu Kush - Khyber pass is presently the war zone of Taliban. Here is some information about a minority group in the area numbering just 3000!
Rumour has it the blue-eyed, fair-skinned "Kalasha" are the descendants of the armies of Alexander the Great. They are the Pakistan's smallest minority group - called KALASH.

The Kalash is a minority ethnic group in northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The main ethnic group, the Khow, speak Khowar, one of the Dardic languages (similar as Kashmiri), which is also spoken in parts of Yasin, Gilgit, Ghizer and Swat.

Kalash culture is one that pays heavy emphasis on poetry, song and dance. Kalash people also have a great respect of law and order. This in contrast to the generally lawless traditions of almost all of the neighboring regions. Much of this can be attributed to the Kalash being a stable kingdom for most of its history, where the rule of law and the will of the ruler came before tribal concepts such as revenge and isolationism.

In years gone by the Kalasha were threatened with forcible conversion to Islam.

They have braved all that . . . and those 3000 have survived . . . 

Left to get on with living life to the brim, the Kalasha do just that, with compelling devotion.

To the world Muslims

I tried to see the film on Mohammed on YouTube. And my message should be taken as a call to all the human being on the earth . . . Muslims . . . . as well as non Muslim . . . The problem is when half cooked half baked people go berserk . . . go mad on the streets, the intellectuals/ middle class, who is the ultimate loser in any turbulence, remains quite . . . we must be vocal . . . So, I request people to decide and come out of their houses . . . decide as a human being . . .

Most of the movie is in Arabic – not possible for me to understand. The three slides in the beginning – that I am a Christian born in Iraq . . . and I am an Iraqi – and this movie is made by a jew . . . . gives lot of indications to me . . . I don’t know if people remember – but when American/ European forces were bombing Iraq – Baghadad in 2002, in one of the videos – a lady popping out of her car and showing cross sign . . .  was enough indication regarding the people who were happy with the invasion. To me it reflected the pathetic situation of the minorities in Muslim countries which had made this lady happy when Americans and Europeans had invaded Iraq . . . and now if an Iraqi - the Christian - makes a movie on Islamic prophet, I can guess his feelings. . . Gandhis are not born everyday . . .  usually people respond in tit for tat . . .

I respect any and every great person and as a Hindu I believe that every religion in this world is true – every religion in this world is just to spread the knowledge of the almighty . . .

About Prophet Mohammed, one must appreciate that an orphan had climbed up to the king/ axis of the largest empire of the contemporary world still he was living as a simple man . . . any other man . . .

I believe we must respect personal lives of any one especially great people . . . We must look at the good things . . . especially sex and food habit is too personal to be discussed in public specially to give judgment on that . . . to conclude based on that . . .

About monogamy and polygamy – I am still trying to learn from where this concept of STRICT monogamy started . . . sex being highly personal issue at the same time one of the most important weapons of the rulers since time immemorial. . . when a ruler married some one – we don’t know whether it was for sex of as a diplomatic decision!

Coming to Islam as a religion, as I have told earlier – I believe that every religion is true . . . and so is Islam . . . not even single leaf in this world moves without the will and wish of the almighty . . . but the problem arise when people say or think that only their leaf moved with the wish of the almighty . . . Islam is more aggressive than any other religion because prophet Mohammed escaped the life threat and he had to live like a fugitive. . . a road side robber in Medina . . .

Quran, as usual like any other ancient text/ law book (like present day law of any country) is full of ifs and buts . . . gives contradictory statements for similar instances . . . probably depending upon situation . . . People – selfish people have used those statements to ignite the poor, uneducated mass to create troubles for others . . .

I feel western world is squarely responsible for the growth of the so called Islamic fundamentalists . . .  I feel they should be better called as misguided people . . . misguided at the behest of the powerful of the region. . .

I know there are people who can discuss and will like to discuss the issues in Quran . . . or other religions . . . but I suggest – please don’t get trapped . . . please don’t get trapped because this trap has been there for thousands of years . . . no one could solve it . . . no one could finish it . . . not even the prophet Mohammed . . . remember – there were revolts even in his rule! And I am saying it not because I don’t about Quran/ Sharia . . . I am saying it as I am fed up of discussing it . . .

So I am not here to clarify about the statements in Quran . . . or about Mohammed – ok I think one thing which I can say that about Mohammed being pedophile . . . that was not abnormal those days . . . Aisha – the daughter of Abu Bakar – was betrothed first at the age of 6 years by IBN MUTIM – to whom she was supposed to get married – and please also remember that IBN MUTIM was not a Muslim! About all of his wives – no one was betrothed by Mohammed . . . all were widows/ divorcees/ slaves . . . I think one should appreciate his intent to give a woman a statue of some one’s wife rather than being a kept/ divorcee/ widow . . .

But my purpose is to give the common person – Muslim or non Muslim . . .the message that these are petty issues . . . have no significance in today’s’ life . . . What we must oppose is DESTRUCTION . . . . VIOLENCE . . . by any one . . . for any reason . . . if you don’t oppose one violence . . . you will face other violence . . . that’s my fear . . .

Friends . . . anyone who has made a house . . . bought a window pane of his own money knows the cost of constructing a house . . . the sweat one has to put in to it . . .

But what I have seen, Muslim middle class . . . intellectuals . . . refrain from opposing the mindless action of destruction or violence . . . I have met many patients coming from Arab countries . . . they do say that Jehad is a personal issue – but they stop at that . . . I talk to many Indian Muslim friends – they are shocked at my idea of opposing the violence!!! I am surprised . . .

I request and suggest one and all . . . please come out of your houses . . . . To oppose the violence . . . . which is being spreaded by people who feel thay are protecting mohammed . . . protecting Islam . . . DO YOU THINK THE ALMIGHTY NEEDS OUR HELP???? If he needs our help then he cant be almighty . . . so just relax . . .

I suggest you must oppose the violence and destruction . . . if you could not stop/ oppose it today . . . you will be at loss . . . 

Why I will not oppose beef eating

(1) Food is too personal for any one, even law, to dictate.
(2) Human being has been basically non vegetarian - surly everyone's' forefathers have taken enough beef/ pork . . . everything . . . before understanding the usefulness of cow/ bull.
(3) At present if we see all accumulative human food behavior of the world - human being are eating everything - somewhere or other . . .
(4) In India, many Hindu castes/ groups take beef
(5) Although there is enough possibility to create confusion regarding Vedic/ Puranik description of life, sacrifice of Buffalo and Bulls are enough indication of beef eating in the ancient times - if not necessarily by Brahmins, by others . . . obviously Hindus . . .
(6) India has enough number of beef eaters - it cant be stopped.
(7) In thousands of years of human history - specially of Indian history, vegetarianism, non - vegeteriansim, shaivism, vaishvnaism . . . . Buddhism . . . Islam . . . Hinduism . . . at least in India - everything is surviving . . . in almost its pure form . . . we could not stop chamars from eating beef or other communities from non vegeterianism . . . despite of 1500 years of Buddhism . . . . how can it change now???
(8) Anything, you try to stop against the nature - it will grow more . . . if its not the nature - it will anyway not survive . . . . many states in our country - or few Muslim countries - try to stop alcoholism . . . did it stop?

Why did Maratha army sell RED FORT in 1761?

Maratha Army under commander Raghunathji Rao and Peshava Balaji Baji Rao, had captured Delhi in 1757 and continued pushing the Afgan  Ahmed Shah Abdali . . . 

4 May 1758 status - Lahore, Multan, Kashmir and other subhas on this side of Attock were under Maratha rule for the most part. 

On 14th January 1761 - Maratha army lost the third war of Panipat - and - after that they could never come up to that strength in history till date . . . .

But why did they lose the third war at Panipat???

The main reason for the failure of the Marathas was that they went to war without good allies. They were expecting support from their allies- Rajputs, Jats and Sikhs, but none of them supported Marathas in the battle. The Marathas had interfered in the internal affairs of the Rajput states (present-day Rajasthan) and levied heavy taxes and huge fines on them. They had also made large territorial and monetary claims upon Awadh. Their raids in the Jat territory had resulted in the loss of trust of Jat chiefs like Suraj Mal. They had, therefore, to fight their enemies alone. Marathas treated Sikhs, who assisted them in their north-west conquest as a non-entity in Punjab affairs.Sikhs were ever ready to co-operate with the Marathas, but it goes to the discredit of the Marathas that they did not make a proper confederacy with Sikhs.

In such a hostile condition, when surrounded by the Afgans, they no one to help . . . no local support 1000 km away from their capital Pune . . . . the Maratha army had to sell the silver bricks and other valuable items in side the Red Fort for their daily expenses . . . . 

The worst reflection was - a jat worker showed the Afgan army the easiest way to cross Yamuna so that they can surround the Maratha . . . .
Sikhs kept themselves busy making their first huge Gurudwara in Delhi.
Jats army left the Maratha army after they wanted to make Vilasarao - son of Baji Rao as the Delhi ruler!!!

Result - loss of the third war of Panipat . . . 
Followed - 

Mass of surrendered Maratha soldiers were handcuffed and then murdered, their heads chopped off by Afghans. The Afghan cavalry and pikemen ran wild through the streets of Panipat, killing tens of thousands of Maratha soldiers and civilians. The women and children seeking refuge in streets of Panipat were hounded back in Afghan camps as slaves. Children were beheaded before their own mothers and sisters. Afghan officers arranged victory mounds of severed heads outside their camps. According to the single best eye-witness chronicle- the bakhar by Shuja-ud-Daula's Diwan Kashi Raj, about 40,000 Maratha prisoners were slaughtered in cold blood the day after the battle. According to Mr. Hamilton of Bombay Gazette about half a million Marathi people were present there in Panipat town and he gives a figure of 70,000 prisoners as executed by Afghans. Many of the fleeing Maratha women jumped into the Panipat wells rather than risk rape and dishonour.

Abdali's soldiers took about 22,000 Hindu women and young children and brought them to their camps. The women were raped in the camp, many committed suicide because of constant rapes perpetrated on them. All of the prisoners were exchanged or sold as sex slaves in Afghanistan, transported on bullock carts, camels and elephants in bamboo cages.

Siyar-ut-Mutakhirin says :

“	The unhappy prisoners were paraded in long lines, given a little parched grain and a drink of water, and beheaded... and the women and children who survived were driven off as slaves - twenty-two thousand, many of them of the highest rank in the land.

Conclusion - Maratha is only a Maratha - not an Indian . . . . they cant save or rule India . . . .

Preventive Neurosurgery

Prevention in healthcare is attracting more and more attention. Early identification and correction of anomalies harbouring the risk of a catastrophic event such as aneurysms is the principal rationale for brain check-up programmes. The other aim of preventive screening is to identify progressive lesions with little reversibility such as gliomas.

 RATIONALE FOR CHECK-UP IMAGING AND PREVENTIVE TREATMENT: The average prevalence of asymptomatic intracranial benign tumours, aneurysms and carotid stenoses must be estimated as approximately 1% each. Meningiomas, aneurysms and carotid stenosis become more frequent with increasing age. Mainly vascular anomalies harbour a risk of a catastrophic event, i.e. carotid stenosis and intracranial aneurysms. Only gliomas potentially lose reversibility with time passing. The case of glioma appears to be lost since asymptomatic gliomas are extremely rarely identified on screening examinations, and on the other hand current treatment series do not support that infiltrating gliomas can be cured if only treated early enough. Treatment of the benign tumours, hydrocephalus and arachnoid cysts in the asymptomatic stage does not appear to provide any benefit.

RATIONALE FOR GENETIC SCREENING: A number of intracranial tumours, vascular anomalies and degenerative changes are genetically determined. Examples are neurofibromatosis, tuberous sclerosis, von Hippel-Lindau disease and Rendu-Osler's disease. Although familial clustering of aneurysms is well known, the exact genetic anomaly is unknown and probably several genes play a role. Because of the variable penetrance of the inherited disorders with known genetic alterations, screening of affected families is recommended. The conditions are too rare to justify screening of the entire population. Apolipoprotein E genotype is the only accepted predictor of dementia. Routine screening APOE may be considered today, but is highly problematic due to the lack of clear consequences and the potentially negative psychological impact.

Cost factor - Implementation of population-wide screening programmes and preventive measures would lead to a substantial additional financial burden. Brain-check-up programmes cannot be considered in isolation. Cardiovascular and oncological programmes would also have to be included from that point of view.

Conclusion - Population-wide screening with regard to intracranial aneurysms or carotid stenosis with non-invasive imaging techniques and preventive surgery/endovascular therapy can be justified, provided that treatment-associated morbidity is very low. There is no evidence for the rationale of screening for asymptomatic intracranial tumours, cysts or hydrocephalus. Genetic screening cannot be generally recommended, except among families affected by inherited conditions.

That he lives somewhere in these stones as well

He hides at times!

He creats a mirage!

Of or not!

His existence!

He lives somewhere!

In this very mirage!

And whenever I find myself lost in this mirage.

Then I can see him!

Only then I can see him!

I can see him when I am in trouble in this world . . .

When I am lost in this world!

And then he is surly visible to me

As the polar star at times!

Moon and sun at times!

As a friend and as a vehicle at times!

That’s why I say

He lives here only!

With me!

With us!

I am confident!

He lives in these stones!

He lives in these stone idols!

And in these stones, my god surly lives!

Because, I have decorated these stones with my own hands
